Hello
If this is in the wrong place please move it!
I placed an order with TajArts for some body jewellery and they took payment on 3rd May 2007. The two items were faulty so I returned them first class recorded and asked for a refund. I also asked for the £1.06 charge I was given because they (or the post office) used incorrect postage.
I have heard nothing from them despite repeat requests for my refund. The phone has rung out when I've tried to call so have sent one last email. I will send a demand via snail mail if they don't respond to this.
Are there any other ways to ensure I get my money back? It's only for a few pounds but I can't believe they're not paying up or at least communicating with me! I run an online shop and would have refunded in a heartbeat.

If you paid via credit/debit card then you should be able to do a charge back for the full cost.0

Can't do a " Charge Back " with a Debit Card.
Yes you can:- Visa debit card refunds
However you cannot use CC for refunds under £100. not sure if that limit is applied re debit cards.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -

Re £100 and c/cards - Yes, that's what the CCA 1974 states but in reality and my experience ANY amount can be charged back.0
