Sainsbury's Double Value Exchange for theme park entry question

I've just used my nectar points to get a £40 voucher to put towards a full priced adult admission at Lego Land. My question is, on the voucher it states this can't be used in conjunction with any other offer but I assumed I'd still be able to use a 2 for 1 entry voucher which states that as long as I’m buying a full priced adult ticket that I can bring someone in to the park with me for free?
If not then I've just wasted all my nectar points because it would work out cheaper just to use the 2 for 1 entries which are floating around the whole time.
