TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

1.1 This document sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to participation in the Color Mask Click & Win Competition (“Competition”) via Schwarzkopf URL]https://www.facebook.com/SchwarzkopfUK?ref=ts&fref=ts[/URL
1.2 The Promoter is Henkel Limited (“Henkel”) of Apollo Court, 2 Bishops Square Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EY, the owner of the Color Mask brand. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms at any time and to communicate the changes to entrants by updating these Terms on Schwarzkopf.
1.3 By entering this Competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Participation

2.1 To participate in the Competition entrants must be:
a) aged 18 or over; and
b) a resident in the United Kingdom.
2.2 To take part in the Competition, entrants must log onto facebook [https://www.facebook.com/SchwarzkopfUK] and input their details as requested on the facebook application (facebook.com/https://www.facebook.com/SchwarzkopfUK?v=app_184876404878981&ref=ts).
2.3 No purchase of any Henkel product is necessary to enter the Competition.
2.4 The winners will be selected at random from each hour within every 24 hour period from the start of the competition. If there are no entries within a particular hour, no winner will be chosen.
2.5 Entrants can only win once in the duration of the competition. Any further entries after winning will not be eligible.
2.6 The closing date for entries is 19 August 2013, 12 noon. Any entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
2.7 Employees of Henkel or any related companies, and their family members, are not permitted to enter the Competition.
2.8 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any late, lost, damaged, incomplete or fraudulent entries.

3. Prize

3.1 The winners will receive 1 box of their chosen Color Mask shade.
3.2 The winners should take note of the safety information on the hair colourant pack. In particular:
Hair colorants can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow the instructions enclosed in the pack. Hair colorants are not intended for use on persons under the age of 16. Temporary "black henna" tattoos may increase the risk of allergy. Do not colour your hair if:
· you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp,
· you have ever experienced any reaction after colouring your hair,
· you have experienced a reaction to a temporary black henna" tattoo in the past.
See the bottom of the pack for a full list of ingredients.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Rinse eyes immediately if product comes into contact with them.
Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows.
Rinse hair well after application.
Wear suitable gloves.
Conduct an allergy alert test 48 hours before each time you colour (see leaflet enclosed in the pack), even if you have already used colouring products before. In case of reaction or when in doubt consult a doctor before using any hair colour product. Keep hair colours out of reach of children.
3.3 The draws will take place daily after each 24 hour period and the winners will be notified via email, to the email address which they provide in their Facebook application. Winners selected from Saturday and Sunday entries will be informed the following Monday.
3.4 In the event that contact cannot be made with the winners after 3 attempts the Promoter shall select the next winner at random from the remaining entries.
3.5 The winners will receive their prize within 1 month of the closing date via first class post to the address they provide in their Facebook application.
3.6 There is no cash alternative and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
3.7 The winners names and county will be available upon request by writing to the Promoter.

4. General

4.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence on any matter concerning the Competition will be entered into.
4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Competition or to extend any closing date.
4.3 These Terms are governed by English law.

5. Privacy
As a result of an entrant’s participation in the Competition Henkel will collect certain personal data relating to entrants. We will process the information about you in accordance with our privacy policy http://www.henkel.co.uk/1706_UKE_HTML.htm. By entering the Competition you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is truthful and accurate.
