1. There is 1 trip to Devaaya, The Ayurveda & Nature Cure Centre, in Goa to be won. Terms for the prize are as follows:

1. Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a double or twin room for 4 nights.
2. Return flights are from London airports & the prize excludes travel between winner’s home & departure airport
3. Flights are economy class flights & may be indirect. Once booked flights are non-changeable & non-transferable
4. Specified accommodation, restaurants & tours are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependant on availability
5. Individual supplier terms & conditions apply
6. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time
7. Prizes are not transferable & once booked the prize cannot be amended or altered
8. The Prize must be taken before the 21st December 2014 and cannot be taken over Valentine’s Day, school holidays, award ceremonies or public holidays in the country of departure or the destination country. These dates will be confirmed at your time of booking.
9. Winners will be required to sign & complete a winner information & prize acceptance form & to submit copies of their passports in order to enable IMS Limited to book their prize trip
10. Winners should allow up to 30 days for their prize to be confirmed once providing preferred travel dates and all passenger information.
11. Winner’s requested departure date must have a minimum of 90 days advance notice of travel after completion of their winner form
12. Unless otherwise notified, IMS Limited will assume that all winners & guests have a full passport, valid for at least 6 months on the date of travel
13. Any necessary visas & vaccinations are the responsibility of the winner & their guests
14. Winners must have access to a personal email account
15. Winners will need a credit/ debit card in order to check-in at the hotel for a security deposit
16. Travel insurance will be supplied to each winner & their companion(s) before departure with no pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions & the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner &/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition &/or for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner &/or their companion(s) are aged 65 or over
17. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner
