Thomas Cook Eurostar Prize Draw Terms & Conditions:


How to Enter:

Entrants must ‘Like’ the Thomas Cook UK Facebook page (www.facebook.com/thomascook) and go to the Eurostar Competition tab. Entrants must then complete the entry form.

Participation:

No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw, but you must be a UK resident aged 18 or over. Employees of any company within the Thomas Cook group and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Entrants accept that they will be required to take part in PR should they win a prize. A valid email address must be submitted when entering to ensure entrants can be contacted should their entry win the Prague holiday prize. A telephone number may also be submitted for the same reason - the number will not be stored or used for marketing purposes, only for contacting the winner.
Winner selection and announcement:
The 5 winners of the prizes will be drawn completely at random from all entries in front of at least 2 witnesses, using independent software.
The winners will be announced daily starting on Monday 5th August by 4.30pm and subsequent daily winners will be drawn by the same time on Tuesday 6th, Wednesday 7th, Thursday 8th and Friday 9th August on the Thomas Cook UK Facebook page. The winners will be emailed before they are announced on the Facebook page the same day using the e-mail address he/she provided when entering.
His/her name can be obtained by writing to the Promoter once the contest has closed.
The winner must claim his/her prize within 21 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.
There are no runners up prizes.

Contest timings:
Submission period starts: 9.30am Monday 29th July 2013.
Submission period ends: 3pm Friday 9th August 2013.
Winners announced daily by: 4.30pm Monday 5th – Friday 9th August 2013.

Prize details:
5x Pair of Eurostar tickets total up for grabs. This equals 1x pair of standard return Eurostar tickets per winner. Leaving from either London, Ebbsfleet or Ashford. Travelling to either Paris, Brussels, Lille or Disneyland Paris.
No accommodation is offered as part of this prize and must be supplied by the winners themselves if required. Once the holiday prize is booked, winners are bound by Thomas Cook booking conditions as specified on www.thomascook.com.
Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative, and the prize winner must travel. Any additional extras must be paid for by the winner. The winners are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, correct documentation (including travel insurance) and, where asked for, have submitted advanced passenger information in advance of travel.
The prize does not include the cost of travel insurance, spending money or any other costs that do not form part of the prize package set out above. All such costs/expenditure will be payable by the winner and their travelling companion. In addition to these terms and conditions, the prize holiday is subject to Thomas Cook Tour Operations Ltd booking conditions, a copy of which can be provided on request. Once the booking is confirmed changes to the names, date or nature of the booking are not permitted.
Prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
The Prize is redeemable only by the named winner and must not be sold onto any other party.
Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
