Every week from the 1st of August until the 25th October MTV and Tic Tac are giving away cool entertainment prizes to celebrate the MTV EMA. Also, on the 25th October, we’ll be drawing the four lucky winners of MTV EMA VIP tickets from everybody who has entered a competition. Each ticket winner and their guest will also receive return flights from London to Amsterdam, four-star accommodation, and £250 spending money!

Further weekly entertainment prize draws begin 25/10 and close 27/12. Tic Tac will also be running their own separate competition, the Tic Tac Bonus Draw, which begins 27/12 and finishes 30/06/14. Please note that MTV is not responsible for the Tic Tac Bonus Draw.
KEY TERMS FOR TIC TAC COMPETITIONS
1. Competitions are open to UK/ROI residents only.
2. Age restrictions apply.
3. Internet access and Facebook account required. No purchase necessary.
4. Final closing date for MTV EMA tickets 25.10.13, fun prizes 27.12.13 and for Tic Tac Bonus Draw 30.06.14.
5. Winners will be randomly drawn from all entries.
6. MTV EMA ticket winners (and guests) must be available to travel from London to Amsterdam on 10.11.13 and return on 11.11.13 and hold valid EU passports (and any other necessary travel documents).
7. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the Terms and Conditions.

1 x Dancing Water Speakers 9 4. At the end of the final Phase of the competition, four (4) further winners will be drawn from all valid entries to the competition, who will each win the following prize:

• tickets to the 2013 MTV EMA in Amsterdam for the winner and one (1) guest;
• return economy class flights from an airport in London designated by the Promoter to Amsterdam on 10 November 2013 returning on 11 November 2013 for the winner and the winner’s guest;
• return transfers between the airport and the hotel in Amsterdam for the winner and the winner’s guest;
• one (1) night’s accommodation in a 4-star hotel for the winner and the winner’s guest (on a twin, bed and breakfast basis);
• two hundred and fifty pounds (£250) spending money; and
• travel insurance for the winner and the winner’s guest,

the “EMA Ticket Prize”.
5. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (including the Isle of Man) and the Republic of Ireland.
6. To enter the competition, entrants must be eighteen (18) or over at the date of entry. This competition is not open to employees and immediate relatives of employees of MTV Networks Europe (the “Promoter”), Ferrero UK Limited and/or British Sky Broadcasting Limited or of their respective parents, subsidiaries or affiliated companies or any other person professionally connected with this competition.
7. All entrants shall be responsible for ensuring that their entry and/or acceptance of the prize(s) do not contravene any local laws or regulations. This competition shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
8. One (1) entry per person per Phase. Multiple entries in a single Phase will be void and the entrant disqualified.
9. All entries must include name, age, address (including postcode), email address and telephone number of entrant.
10. Each random draw will take place within two business days of the date that the relevant Phase closes.
11. The winner of the EMA Ticket Prize and guest must hold a valid EU passport and any other necessary travel documentation (including, without limitation, visas where necessary) and are advised that travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance and that pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered.

THE WINNER OF THE EMA TICKET PRIZE AND HIS/HER GUEST MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL FROM LONDON TO AMSTERDAM ON 10 NOVEMBER 2013 AND RETURN ON 11 NOVEMBER 2013. NO ALTERNATIVE DATES WILL BE AVAILABLE. EACH GUEST MUST BE AGED EIGHTEEN (18) OR OVER ON 10 NOVEMBER 2013.
12. For the avoidance of doubt, the prizes do not consist of anything other than expressly set out in Term 3 or 4 and no additional costs or monies are included.
13. The winners and any guests may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of acceptance of these Terms prior to receiving the prize.
14. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the prize description.
