1) This promotion is only open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Proof of age and residence may be required. Promotion excludes residents of the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
2) Promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of: the Promoter; any agencies involved with the promotion; and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
3) The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters.
4) Internet access is required. Only online entries will be accepted.
5) Promotional packs will be in-store from 08.07.13. The closing date for receipt of entries for the final draw is 29.09.13 (for the draw on 30.09.13). Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
6) Online entry is made using the last 4 digits of pack barcodes which can be found on promotional packs of MU Cheese (Mature Cheddar, Mature Lighter, Medium Cheddar, Mild Cheddar, Grated Cheddar, 100% Cheddar Sticks).
7) One entry per person per day. Additional entries will be disqualified. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. The promoter will immediately disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process.
8) To enter the promotion, entrants must visit the promotional website www.muandsmurfs2.co.uk and enter the last 4 digits of their pack barcode and contact details.
9) The Promoter will do all that it reasonably can to ensure that the Website is functioning correctly throughout the period of the Promotion. However, the Promoter will not be responsible for defects or malfunctions in the operation of the Website howsoever caused which affect the operation of the Promotion.
10) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.
11) There will be 85 draws in total (84 daily draws and 1 final catch-all draw). Daily draws: Entries received each day from 08.07.13 until 29.09.13 (between 00:00 – 23:59) will be entered into daily draws from which four daily prize winner will be selected. Daily draws will take place the following day. The final daily draw will take place on 30.09.13 (for entries received on 29.09.13). Entries are valid for one draw only and will not be carried over to subsequent draws. Final draw: Entries received between 30.09.13 and 28.12.13 will be entered into one final catch-all draw which will take place on 29.12.13.
12) Four prize winners will be selected at random from each daily draw and the final draw. Selection will take place under independent supervision. Winners will be subject to a verification process to confirm that the winner satisfies these terms and conditions. Following the verification process, winners will be notified either by telephone or email within 2 working days of the appropriate draw. If prize winners do not respond to the notification of their win within 4 weeks of the initial notification call/email, this will result in their prize being forfeited and a re-draw will take place under the same terms and conditions as the original draw. The new prize winner will be notified within 2 working days of the re-draw.

15) There are 340 prizes available (170 of each design). Each prize is a JAKKS® Smurfs 2 bean filled Plush Toy. No choice of design will be given. Winners will receive their prize by recorded post within 28 days of MU verifying that the person is a valid winner. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to supply the correct personal information and the correct postal address. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information, postal disputes or other causes beyond its control.
16) Prizes are limited to one per entrant. If an entrant has won one prize, they will automatically cease to be eligible to receive a subsequent prize.
17) The prize is non-transferable. No cash will be offered and no alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
18) To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the promotion or use of any prize.
19) The Promoter does not take responsibility for, recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of third parties associated with the prize and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.

21) If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using/has used computer(s) to circumvent these conditions by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Any entrant who has been disqualified shall return any prize within 14 days of a demand for its return being made.
22) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
23) Prize winners will be required to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter.
24) The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the promotion without notice in exceptional circumstances but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
25) The Promoter will collect personal information from the entrant for the purposes of administering this promotion. This includes contacting the winner via telephone or email (and if requested by post) and publicising information about prize winners on the Website and or social media. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to the collection and use of your data in this manner.
26) By entering this promotion all entrants agree unequivocally to be bound by these terms and conditions.
27) These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
