ISP Banned message

Weird. I just tries to post a comp and it came up with an 'your ISP address has been banned' message. Annoying. I shut down rebooted and seems to be okay now. Anyone else had the same problem.

OMG, thank goodness. I was getting soooooooooooooo paranoid that it was just me.
