1. Winner Selection.

a. Competition opens on the Start Date & Time and closes on the Close Date & Time.
b. Competition Weeks 1-5: 1 (one) winner will be selected in a random draw to take place after the Close Date from all correct/valid entries received for each Competition Week. Competition Week 6: 1 (one) winner will be selected from all valid and correct entries received by the competition Close Date and Time (Where we ask you to choose a correct answer from a list of options, we treat this as a prize draw).
c. Winners will be notified by Disney by the Notification Date and will have until the Acceptance Date and Time to confirm acceptance of the prize.
d. Disney will moderate all entries and reserves the right not to accept entries which are technically unacceptable, contain inappropriate material or breach any of these terms and conditions.

• At any time you can remove any Disney App from your Facebook account. If you do then Facebook will notify us that you have removed the App and we will delete your unique Facebook User ID and/or album name and comments and you will no longer be able to access or view your album via the App. In the unlikely event that Facebook instructs us that you have removed the App and this is not the case then unfortunately we will not be able to reproduce your original Milestone Album, although the photos you upload will remain on Facebook photo album. When the App is no longer available we will delete all unique Facebook User IDs and album names.
