You might have been banned through sharing too much - I had a couple of CAPTCHAs yesterday and I hardly share.
You should stick to just the apps as there is less chance of FB thinking you're a 'fake' profile xDecember Wins: £300 worth of board games, £500 Tesco Vouchers Best Win in 2023: £500 Tesco Vouchers0 -
I'm banned again too. I think it's the third time so far this year. My own fault this time though as I was out of action for a few weeks so did a marathon catch up forgetting FB is a pain in the neck & does not like lots of sharing!

I hear Facebook are clamping down on secondary accounts, particularly those set up for the purpose of competitions. If you have a second FB account, that is possibly the reason for the ban.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Nope just one normal account, if you share too many things in one day (I have no idea what the quota is) then they ban you for 30 days

Happened to me too a month or so again. Now I don't take part in like and share comps and I only enter the Facebook App ones if it is something I want to win.0

thanks everyone, things are a bit clearer now. why do facebook not want people to like and share, surely its up to the individual how many comps they want to enter. i really dont get it; why allow comps to be on there if your not really allowed to enter them? they made me feel like i had done something wrong or written horrible things. is there any way to get the ban lifted or do i just have to wait it out?0

There has been a huge debate about this, in the FB rules it says comps should not be made to share as well as like.
So a few people went to the people who are running each comp & told them they are not supposed to be running them like this, either just like or fill in raflecopters, some people stopped putting the comps on as like & share & others ignored this

After getting security checks on Facebook at the beginning of the year I am now careful about which comps I enter, I also make sure when I enter comps via apps or sweepstakes, to untick the share on facebook tickbox so I cut down on the amount of shares I perform.:hello:"Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit, wisdom is knowing it doesn't go in a fruit salad0

This happened to me on Twitter too. Think I must have been retweeting too many posts!0
