TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The promoter is Attraction Tickets Direct, part of ATD Travel Services Ltd, whose registered offices are 171E Wingate Square, London, SW4 0AN.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. To enter the competition, a video outlining a top tip or memorable moment related to attractions in Florida are to be uploaded at www.attraction-tickets-direct.co.uk/goodtimes or submitted via email to [EMAIL="goodtimes@atdtravelservices.co.uk"]goodtimes@atdtravelservices.co.uk[/EMAIL]. The video must not exceed 20 seconds in length. Entries deemed to be inappropriate, offensive, irrelevant or too long will not be accepted by the promoter.
4. No responsibility can be accepted by the promoter for entries not received for whatever reason.
5. Closing date for entries will be September 30th 2013. Any entries submitted after this date will not be permitted.
6. The competition is open to residents of the UK and Ireland. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Maximum three entries per person.
7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. The prize on offer is a 14 night holiday to Orlando Florida for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 2 – 9) worth the total value of £5,000 based on rates during low season travel. The prize includes return economy class flights from London Gatwick or Manchester to Orlando, 14 nights accommodation in an Orlando villa with hire of an intermediate car OR TRANSFERS and 2 adult and 2 children Orlando Freedom Tickets. If prizewinner wishes to travel during peak months they will be liable to pay any difference. Any costs incurred for increasing party size, or travelling with children over the age of 9 or the upgrade of car hire vehicle will be covered by the prizewinner. Internal travel to UK airports or accommodation nearby is to be covered by prizewinner.
10. Prizewinner is responsible for making sure that they have a valid passport and US Visa waiver and are permitted to travel to the US. The promoter will accept no liability for winner not being permitted to the United States for any reason.
11. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prize is not transferable, and we reserve the right to substitute any element with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. The winner will be chosen at random, and notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The promoter will liaise directly with the winner to agree on a date that the prize can be taken, although blackout dates may apply. The winner will be required to advise of three potential travel dates for the promoter to arrange the prize for.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15.By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16.The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
17.The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

19.Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
