Prize is a three-course Classics themed meal prepared by Ian Loftus for between two and eight people at the winner’s home. The winner will be able to choose a menu from a selection of four options. All food will be prepped off-site but the chef will need access to necessary facilities in the winner’s home for further final preparation and to cook the meal. The prize includes food and wine (half bottle per guest). Prize does not include additional expenses or spending money. The prize must be taken by 2nd December 2013, excluding 13th-28th July 2013, and is subject to Ian Loftus’ availability. Promoter reserves the right for Ian Loftus to serve the winning meal at a hotel or restaurant at a different location should circumstances make this necessary in which case expenses for guests travelling within the UK will be covered.

There are eight weekly prize draws in total; the first draw opens on 21st June 2013 and closes at 23.55 on 24th June 2013; the second draw opens at 10.30 on 25th June 2013 and closes at 23.55 on 1st July 2013; the third draw opens at 10.30 on 2nd July 2013 and closes at 23.55 on 8th July 2013; the fourth draw opens at 10.30 on 9th July 2013 and closes at 23.55 on 15th July 2013; the fifth draw opens at 10.30 on 16th July 2013 and closes at 23.55 on 22nd July 2013; the sixth draw opens at 10.30 on 23rd July 2013 and closes at 23.55 on 29th July 2013; the seventh draw opens at 10.30 on 30th July 2013 and closes at 23.55 on 5th August 2013; the eight draw opens at 10.30 on 6th August 2013 and closes at 23.55 on 12th August 2013.
To enter, leave a comment, your name, address and postcode, email address, phone number and date of birth.
Only one entry per household per weekly draw. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition these entries will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.
No purchase necessary.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for incomplete, delayed, or corrupt entries or those not received for whatever reason. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt.
One winner will be drawn at random by an independently verified computer generated system after the closing date of each weekly draw.
A household can win only once over the promotional period.
The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of each closing date. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within a further 28 days, or cannot take the prize for whatsoever reason the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve redrawn by independently verified computer generated system
Facebook account must be in the name of the person entering the prize draw and the prize must be taken by the named winner. Winners may be required to provide proof of name and address. Proof of address must be in the name of the person who has entered the prize draw and failure to do so may result in prize entitlement being withdrawn.
The prize details and entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the terms and conditions.
The prizes must be accepted as offered. There are no cash or alternative prizes in whole, or in part. The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be resold.
Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances makes this necessary.
The winners agree to their names being used for promotional purposes. It is a conditions of entry that winner are required to take part in publicity resulting from this prize promotion including filming with no recompense and will be required to sign a waiver and release form.

I am a bit confused re the end date on the site.Just to cover it maybe do a compromise & edit it later.
Would you be ok just to edit the title for indexing by date/clarity please

Just click edit & advanced
If left as is it will be indexed wrong so you end up with the issue that can be seen on page 1 of this view of the board.Plus we may lose it to Game Over.

7 How can I amend my thread title if I need to?
To edit the thread title you can click 'Edit' then select 'Go Advanced'.

The next screen will show your post & above it you will see 2 boxes 'Reason for Editing', which you don't have to complete & also 'Title' which has your thread title info in it.
Simply click into the Title box & amend your text as necessary

Thankyou very much weeowens for your advice.
I was so keen to contribute after lurking for a while & will hopefully get better at this quite quickly & also thanks for the terms & conditions addition etc in your first post (I was unsure about if to copy & paste or what to do!)

& add a link in the weeklies so we can bump each week for that week's entry otherwise it will go to game over on the 1st July & we'll miss all the subsequent weeks entries
