As you all know I went bankrupt in April and a couple of weeks ago my husband's old company wrote to him to offer him is pension early. (He had had to retire through ill health in May 2001). This meant he would have a lump sum of £35k and a pension of £5.5k.
Do I have to declare this to the Official Receiver as its his details not mine?

It's a change in household income which you should declare if you have an IPA. If no IPA I'd wait until discharge before taking the pensionBR 18 Oct 2006 Discharged 16 April 2007 :T0
