Okay a new calendar year is on the horizon and it has GOT to be better than the last couple! I have a mainly crafty set of goals I want to achieve

    Read 217 books
    Do 13 new recipes
Go to Clinique for a make up lesson
    Medieval Dog colour 1
    Medieval Dog colour 2
    Medieval Dog colour3
    Medieval Dog colour 4
    Medieval Dog colour 5
    Medieval Dog colour 6
    Start Medieval Hare
    Knit long, comfy sweater
Finish Jan and Feb on Winnie the Pooh
Finish Mar and Apr on Winnie the Pooh
Finish May and Jun on Winnie the Pooh
Finish Jul and Aug on Winnie the Pooh
Finish Sep and Oct on Winnie the Pooh
Finish Nov and Dec on Winnie the Pooh

and as well as this I will clear some debt (halve my CC bill and/or clear a catalogue bill) and lose some weight - ideally this coming year I would like to lose 28 lbs. Oh and clear more "stuff" from the house so that we don't feel as swamped all the time! Some of this is purely me - the house clearing I need help with - physical help as crutches and trying to declutter ......:eek::eek:

Already read two books - both ESA and PIP forms written and ESA already sent back (Dr Witch is currently scanning the PIP form so we have a record), sweater - half way up the back so getting on okay with that!

Tomorrow will be Dr Witch back in the office and I will try and see if my hand will let me work on the needlepoint whilst the light is reasonable and then maybe more knitting later on.

Finances - hmm can check into these once I have the first bit of DWP stress out of the way (namely the forms sent back!)

Hi KW, I didn't realise you had a diary. Just read the whole thing, you're so creative. My mum taught me to crochet squares but I wouldn't have a clue where to begin.

Keep going we'll all get there.

1st item finished on my year list! I got the a colour finished on the needlepoint - oh and I am 4 books into that target - so not a bad start to the year!

Speaking of not bad - Dr Witch posted the PIP form off today - so now just the waiting game for both of them. Lucky can you remember how long it took for a decision for Mr Lucky?

  • I think it was about 4 weeks to be called for assessment (which only gave about 2 days notice) and then about 6 weeks after assessment for decision Xx

Blimey, extreme silly b*ggers being played there! I'm sure they'll try to get away with it - hope you've got all your documentation so you can dot every i and cross every t.

Love the creativity - I really, really want to do some simple designs based on cats this year. I can't make it a priority yet, but maybe in the spring.

    Keep going :)
