1. Information and rules on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this prize draw constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry. These terms may be amended or updated at any time by the Promoter.

6. The prize draw begins at 11am Monday 17th June 2013 and ends on Monday 24th June at 4pm (“Promotional Period”). Only valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be eligible for inclusion in the prize draw.
7. The prize draw will take place at 5pm on Monday 24th June 2013. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and will be notified within 24 hours via e-mail. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter via e-mail within 3 working days then the prize will be voided and the Promoter has the right to pick another winner from the remaining valid entries.
8. There are 5 prizes available to be won, each consisting of one BaByliss Boutique Dryer, one BaByliss Boutique Loose Waves, one BaByliss Boutique Deep Waves, and one BaByliss Boutique Salon Control 235 straighteners. There are no cash alternatives to the prize offered. If for any reason the prize is not available, Conair reserve the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. Prizes can only be sent to a UK address.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or to remove from the websites any materials in any entries the Promoter deems, at its sole discretion, to be unsuitable for publication or not to comply with the terms as set out herein. If any element of an entry breaches these terms, the Promoter has the right to reject the whole entry.
10. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this prize draw or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury arising as a result of negligence or fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
