Urgent dental advice needed

SCARED AND VERY VERY NERVOUS PATIENT.
Need to make a decision ASAP.
My front right tooth cracked the other day. It's still in there but barely. Went to a dentist he bonded it temp. I'm worried sick and just scared.
This tooth previously had a root canal done and on NHS and I was never told it would be weaker etc otherwise I would have put a crown on sooner.

DENTAL IMPLANT OR BRIDGE???

I don't think there is enough tooth for a crown. Could a dentist advise me on the longevity of a crown and how much is too little for this.

I am leaning towards a implant as I have read it's far better and lasts longer. But a metal rod in my Mouth...... I'm scared will crack my whole jaw and I'll be worse off. THATS MY BIGGEST FEAR.

I have been quoted 4k for a single implant. That's just not an option. I can afford about half of that.
The quote was:
Immediate replacement of implant: £1500
Surgical extraction: £100
Temp bridge impression £300 (this is a maybe)
BLOCK GRAFT £ 100---- WHAT IS THIS?
Implant Crown impressions £1000
Total £3900

Is this correct I've seen other dentists do implants for less than half this price.

Can someone BY name and contacts details/websites recommend a dentist or dental clinic that are good. I live in London but willing to travel around UK.

Also is going abroad safe? If so are there companies you recommend and places Poland? Hungary?

Please any advice from anyone would be great. Have you had an implant was it painful?

Thank you

    Been there, done that.

Root canalled teeth are very weak at the root (from experience!) and crowning gives a temp solution, and only prolongs the need for a more permanent fix. You are paying A LOT for something to last a few months or years at the most, but will, eventually fail.

Bridging relies on the surrounding teeth, and only last as long as they do. Another fail.

I am a complete dental phobic...and yet have now had four titanium dental implants. About to get my fifth.

IV Midazolam got rid of the fear (literally sat in the chair and woke up, it was all over)

My experience of the implant was...sat in the chair, got the IV Midazolam, woke up, all over, went home....
    Healed
    Went back for the abutment...simple
Went back for the actual tooth..even more simple.

Could you tell me who you used and if you're happy with the results as in the teeth look 'real'

Also how long did you have to wait for one tooth to be fully done. I don't want to go without a front tooth
Also how did you have to pay for a single implant

    I am in NE Scotland.

I have three implants at the front which hold two teeth and a bridge, I also
have veneers on the other teeth, (see photo) and I think they look real!!

Front teeth were immediate implants...so the teeth were removed and the temps put in place the dame day.

    Single implant was 2,500.

I had four implants done is one hour, and was sooo afraid but it actually wasn't painful at all. And like you said - I was also scared to get a hole in my jaw, I was thinking about it all that hour! :D But from next day I was so happy with my decision, best spent money ever. Now two months later can't even feel that there is something in my jaw.

Can't recommend a dentist as I did it outside of UK. Cost was 4,500 for four implants and crown for six teeth + hotel and travel costs.

I have had an implant at Hospital Lane dental clinic in Kent. Cost £2500, very impressed with them. They have a website look them up !
