1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Pernod Ricard UK Limited and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

2. To enter: Visit www.facebook.com/jacobscreekuk and become a fan of Jacob’s Creek then click on the Wimbledon tab and complete the entry form with your contact details, then where indicated, tell us your rituals or traditions or funny stories about how you have, in the past, enjoyed the Wimbledon Tennis Championships, either at home or at the venue in a maximum of 150 characters. You may also submit a photo or image to support your story although this is totally optional - NO WORRIES - its a random draw [why i didnt put effort in the title]

3. Promotion Period: Submit your entry between 12:00 noon on 3 June 2013 and 23.59 on 7 July 2013.

4. Only one entry into the draw from submitting a Story per person.

5. One prize per person throughout the promotion.

7. Winner Selection: All entries will go into a weekly random draw to be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, the day after the relevant closing date.

8. Wimbledon Tickets Winner Communications:Due to the timing of the promotion and the event tickets, winners of the Wimbledon Tickets will be contacted within one working day of the date of the draw by telephone and will have the timeframe as set out below to respond to winner communications with confirmation of acceptance. Guest name must be provided before the date of the relevant event.




Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification and the prize being awarded to an alternate winner selected in the same way.

9. Jacob's Creek Hamper Winner Communications: Winners of Jacob's Creek hampers will be informed by email within 5 working days of the date of the draw. If a Hamper winner is not contactable within 14 days for Hamper winners of initial contact, the promoter reserves the right to disqualify that initial winner and contact a reserve entrant.

10. Further prize details - Wimbledon Tickets: are for Court No.1 only and include access to the Jacob’s Creek Hospitality area with lunch, drinks and afternoon tea. Prize must be taken on the stated date. Tickets will be made available on the day. Winner must bring appropriate photo ID. Guests must be over 18 years of age. If winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation will be payable. All other costs, such as travel, insurance accommodation, meals etc are not provided and are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.

11. Further prize details - Jacob’s Creek Hampers:will comprise a Picnic Basket with plates, glasses and cutlery, 2 x bottles of Jacob’s Creek Cool Harvest, 2 x mini rackets and ball, 1 x Jacob’s Creek picnic blanket, Wimbledon cookies, Wimbledon jam, and a pair of Wimbledon wristbands. Please allow 28 days for delivery from confirmation of delivery address.

12. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.

13. Winners’ name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped SAE to: “Jacob’s Creek Wimbledon Facebook WL”, PO Box 101, Leigh, Lancs, WN7 1WQ to arrive between 8 August and 30 September 2013.

14. Once your entry (story and, if applicable, photo or image) has been moderated, the Promoter may upload your Story or a part of your Story to the Jacob’s Creek UK Facebook fans’ gallery and by entering you consent to this use of your Story.

15. By entering, entrants warrant that their Wimbledon story is both their own work and a true story. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries where it deems the story or image inappropriate, unoriginal or untrue.

16. Entries will be invalid if they:
a. contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
b. include images of anyone who is or appears to be under the age of 25 (in order to comply with the Portman Group’s Code of Practice);
c. include the names, likenesses, photographs, videos or similar of any individual without their express permission;
d. represent a danger to health and safety; or
e. include any reference to inappropriate drinking.

17. By entering, winners agree to participate in any publicity that the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the prize promotion including the use of the winners name and likeness and the content (words and image) of their Wimbledon story or image in any media of the Promoter’s choosing.

18. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. The Promoter may refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.

19. The decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

21. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

22. Facebook does not sponsor, endorse or administer, and nor is it associated with, this Promotion. Any information you disclose during this promotion is disclosed to the Promoter and not to Facebook.

23. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. See our privacy policy here.

24. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

25. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

26. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
