Original source shower gel at boots

Hope this comes up right as never done one of these before..
Went into local boots today and had a 25% off shower gel voucher from the AMC (think thats what they call the machines you get vouchers out of) anyway.. Original source is also on half price and it seems to take the 25% off first then the half price,
They are £2.30 and £1.15 at half price
£2.30 - 25% = £1.73
£1.73 - £1.15 (the discount you get from half price) = 58p!

Yay! This is a well known issue with Boots, it takes the discount off the original price, some real bargains to be had if the ACM is being kind and a good half price offer is on!

well done - I never get the 25% off, just 10% coupons

I did see there were on offer at £1.15 & also noticed that the titchy travel sized ones are £1.06!

If they fragrance you want is OOS , it's £1.10 in Tesco & 99p in Superdrug.

These offers seem to be customer specific so not everyone will get a 25% off voucher, but for those who like OS and can get the voucher a good offer.

Personally I find the same size of Lynx will last twice as long as OS

OS completely animal cruelty free, suitable for vegetarians and vegans... I think they are a great little product

Did a similar deal with Sure roll on anti-perspirant roll on, half price at 89p used 25% off ACM machine which gave me 45p off so paid 44p, SA didn't want to put it through but I pointed out the voucher doesn't state it can only be used on full price items

That's so true, they do get used up fast. I find the lavender 'flavour' OS is the runniest. The OS handwashes seem to be thicker in consistency than the shower gel? (but they cost more per litre)


I remember I had an 'MSE moment' when my flatmate's boyfriend depleted an inch of my OS shower gel every time he came over lol, I should be charging 20p a pop! :rotfl:

You can always use a foaming pump bottle from lakelands I guess
