Hi all
Does anyone know if you can heat Soya milk to make a hot chocolate drink? No idea what it would taste like but just wondering about the chemistry of it all.

Yes you can. just need to take care not to overheat it. Different brands will give you differing results.NSD 0/150

Again, just don't overheat! I've had no problems with sweetened Alpro soya milk. They also use this at Starbucks in their lattes, when you ask for soya that is.0

The only thing I haven't had success with it was in an angel delight type packet dessert. That could be the chemistry or the brand. Happy to be proven wrong though! One debt v 100 days Part 14 £400/£400

I use soya milk to make pancakes for my very fussy eater and have no problems. I did add it to my coffee once though and it curdled.0
