There will be 8 ‘Magic Moments’ throughout the promotion the times of which will be randomly predetermined via a secure independently verified computer system.

The entrant who Tweets at the closest time on or after the time of each ‘Magic Moment’ is deemed the winner. This will be determined by the time stamp provided by Twitter which will be matched against the time on the ‘winning moment’. Each Magic Moment’ lasts 2 weeks. If there is no entry received between one ‘magic Moment’ and the next, the prize will be re-allocated to the next ‘Magic Moment’ and so on until all prizes have been awarded.

There is 1 grand prize to be won by 1 winner throughout the entire duration of the promotion, who will win:
i. 1 A trip to St.Tropez for two worth no more than £2,000. The prize comprises of standard economy flights to La Mole Airport, hotel accommodation in at least a 3 * hotel on a room only basis, assuming two people sharing. All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize, including but not limited to, transfers within the UK or US, insurance, spending money, all other meals and drinks, tips and other gratuities are the winner’s and guest’s own.
