Hello all

All went well

Was disregarded for the court fees £150
The staff/Judge was realy friendly

Now I just have to wait for the OR to call

1 Question - Do you normaly get a copy of the form as I just looked and I dont seem to have one!!!!!

Cant remember what I put down as I hid things in household and a few others
May have to pop back to court tomorrow and get it.

How do you feel? Much better I think. Please don't hide anything, they have a habit of turning things up. Time for honesty now

It would be a good idea to have your SoA handy when you have the interview, my OR referred to it several times so I was grateful to have a copy in front of me.

    Feel relieved

I had advice from Solicitor/Insolvency Practitioner and Local Money Advice

I have a rough idea what I put.

I put up a few things
    i.e household was 320 now 370
    gas/elec was 50 now 80
clothing was 20 now 50 (see what they say with that one)

Once I see it again I will remember the ones I put up
    Was pretty basic

I'm single and have a 4yr old (who's needed 2 pairs of shoes already this year)
    She's growing to quick lol

Have a car ( don't like parkers book price, well over the top)
Got car valued at 2 garages they say between £500 and £900 so I put £895

    Hopefully I'll do OK

I have been truthful I just added a few £ here and there
