Looks like it's no purchase required for Northern Ireland though as it's only when you select your country as UK excl N.I. that the barcode box appears, hopefully this is helpful for some at least!

You don't need the receipt unless you win so you might be able to enter the barcode - 3023290719473 - and then go and purchase a pack if you are lucky enough to win. Presumably the receipt would need to be timed and dated before you entered.


There is a final draw which is not instant win so keep your packets/receipts even if they are not an instant winner.

All non-winning entries received up to the final closing date of midnight on 30.08.13 will be included in a grand finale prize draw to be held on 04.09.13 for a chance to win the final £10,000 prize

Ah yes, probably. The mousses are quite nice though, and you can enter daily, so it's better value than the cans of Pepsi I bought at the same time, only to find that the competition ended in May!

To enter, find the barcode printed on the back of a SKI pack featuring the 50th Anniversary promotion, register at https://www.skidairy.co.uk and enter the barcode, along with your details. You must retain your till receipt and the promotional flash from the winning pack showing the purchase of the valid product. In the event of a win, these will need to be posted-in as proof of purchase, see point 16 or 17 for details, depending on your place of residence.
When registering for the Promotion, entrants will be required to provide information including their first name, last name, date of birth, postal address and email address. In the event that the specified information is not provided, the entry will be considered incomplete and therefore invalid.
Registered contact details will be used to notify winners of their prize and will be the postal address to which the winners’ prize will be sent. As I calculate it, there is a 1 in 2.3 million chance of submitting an entry at the exact pre-selected £10,000 "winning moment", and winning it (if no one else submitted in the same second). There's a 1 in 9417 chance of matching a £50 moment.

Seems pretty likely to me that most of these prizes will go un-won. At least the grand £10,000 prize is guaranteed to be awarded, but the odds will of course depend on the number of entries. If 10,000 people submit an average of 10 entries each over the course of the competition, the Ski's expected prize money payout would be just £10,500.
