cca's how do you know if there enforceable debts?

Hi new tobthe forum but ive been reading about sending creditors ccas but how do you know if they are enforcable debts or not? and what do you do if the turn out to be unenforceable? been paying off.5 debts since 2009 and all but one is a default. TIA

    If they were taken out pre April 2007 then they have to meet specified criteria. Google all about debt forum, they are he experts on checking these things.

  • Thanks yes i they were taken out pre april 2007 ive seen a post about which letter to send out so ill think ill do that and take it from there :)
