The prizes consist of: Grand prize draw: One trip for one (1) winner and one (1) guest to New York, consisting of the following: (a) round-trip, economy airfare from a UK airport. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winner’s nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. (b) Hotel accommodation for (5) five nights in a 4 star hotel;(c) Transport to take winners from the hotel to each restaurant plus $100 restaurant credit at each restaurant (d) $1,000.00 in spending money and (e) roundtrip airport transfers in New York. Travel is subject to availability and at the discretion of the organiser. The trip must be taken during low season and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays, Bank and Public Holidays (both UK and New York). The grand prize must be taken before 31st May, 2014. Failure to comply with these terms will result in the grand prize winner forfeiting the prize in its entirety. The winner and their chosen companions must each hold valid passports that will not expire during the period when the winner opts to take the Prize. The winner and their chosen companions are solely responsible for obtaining any visas, travel insurance and transfers to and from the UK airport. For all US trips, UK Passport holders must ensure their passport is valid for at least six months before travelling, hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and Cott Beverages Ltd cannot be held responsible for this being rejected. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any events that are beyond the Promoter's control that may affect the normal enjoyment of the Prize including but not limited to [delay or refusal of entry to the destination country by authorities],[any delayed or cancelled flights, transfers, accommodation] or [availability of or entry to New York. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable to the winner and/or their chosen companions for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any persons negligence) in connection with this promotion and taking the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum permitted by English law.
