First Time Buyer - 'Linked' Addresses and Applications

Hi folks,
I have a query about a potential future first mortgage application, which I would be grateful for any advice on:
My permanent address is currently my parents’, and has been for 15+ years. My current girlfriend rents a flat from one of her friends who has split up from her husband – this property has a mortgage on it.
I occasionally stay in this flat, maybe every other weekend and sometimes during the week, but it is by no means a ‘permanent’ address. However – I am responsible for paying for Sky TV and the TV licence, so those are both in my name. These are paid by Direct Debit from my main current account.
My query is, would being linked to this flat via Sky/TV Licence affect my chances in future of obtaining a sole mortgage? Especially as my g/f, as far as I know, does not have any sort of written agreement with the owner of the flat
Having just looked at Experian/Equifax, my credit score is good and I can’t see any mention of the flat address.
Many thanks for any advice.
