From the T&C:
Entrants must register online (and complete all fields of the entry form) at the ‘Revive from Lucozade’ page (the “Page”), which is accessible via each of the Websites, and must submit material (in the form of a film, photograph or audio clip) to the Page which is relevant to the weekly theme (the “Theme”) detailed on the Page.

Also worth noting...
The winners will be the persons who, in the sole discretion of the judging panel (as described below), submits the most entertaining and relevant material to the Page.
