Only one entry per household will be accepted in each competition. Internet access, valid email address and valid passport (subject to prize) are required.

Each weekly competition prize will be awarded to the competitor who is judged by the panel to give the best response to the set challenge.

Week 3: £50 Saks Voucher The Saks hair and beauty voucher is subject to availability and at the discretion of the organiser. The voucher is to the value £50 only and can be used in all Saks salons in the UK. The voucher can be used for any Saks treatments. Expires 6 months from the date issued to winner.

Week 4: Personal Shopping
Personal shopping experience is subject to availability and at the discretion of the organiser. The appointment must be booked at least 6 weeks and the shopping location include: central London, Brighton, Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Belfast, Glasgow and Edinburgh. Prize consists of up to £1000 spending money. Winners will be notified to arrange a suitable date and location.

Week 5: The Super Smooth Breakfast

Week 6: Spa Day
1. Locations include Ashford, Banbury, Barnsley, Birmingham, Broadstairs, Burton on Trent, Cardiff, Carlisle, Chaffed, Darlington, Dunfermline, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Hastings, Inverness, Luton, Manchester, Mansfield, Milton Keynes, Mussleburgh, Norwich, Perth, Peterborough, Solihul, Stotfold, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Westminster and York only.
2. Spa treatments which consists of a facial or massage are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case. The minimum age is 18 years. Each spa offers a range of additional treatments, some generic and some specialist. To book additional treatments please ask for details and allow at least three weeks notice to book.
3. Based on two adults enjoying a 3 course meal from the a la menu including ½ bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee.
4. Must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance of Spa Day and travel is included.

Week 7: 02 music night
1. Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance and must include a Saturday night. Train will be booked for the date of the concert and the departure date will be the following day only.
2. Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
3. The winner has the choice of the following restaurant: Alphabet city, American Sports Bar & Grill, Armadillo, Frankie Benny’s , Garfunkel's, GBK, Harvester Salad & Grill, Jimmy’s World Grill & Bar, Las Iguanas, Nando’s, Pizza Express, Rodizio Rico, Spur, TGI Fridays, Thai Silk, The Slug and Lettuce, Union Square, Wasabi, Water Margin & Zizzi. Based on two adults enjoying a 3 course meal from the a la menu including ½ bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee.
4. Tickets are subject to availability and include any event taking place at the 02 Arena in 2013. Whilst NDL can provide tickets for this event they cannot give you permission to use them for promotional purposes. Please seek guidance from your legal department.

Week 8: Holiday to Jordan / Dead Sea region
1. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser, must be booked 6 weeks in advance and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays (both UK and Jordan). Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Return private transfer from destination airport to hotel will be provided.
2. The Hotel, Kempsinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea is classed as 5 Star and is based on two adults sharing a Ishtar superior room with ensuite bathroom on a half board basis for 4 nights.
3. The spa packages are subject to availability and include the following: Dead Sea Floatation, Dead Sea Salt Scrub, Arabian Massage, Dead Sea Mud Wrap and Dead Sea Rejuvinating Facial.
4. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
