Like dog poo was in the 1970s you mean??

Yeah i remember that sort of dog poo from the 1970's very well :o

It was rather white indeed and after being out in the sun would dry out quite hard. So being a kid back then (when it was safe to play outside) we would play hopscotch and use chalk found on the path under the hedges etc to draw our grids

At least i can laugh about it now though :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Mmmm ok. I'm caught inbetween a rock and a hardplace. Kind of at the stage where I move from where I am back into the real world proper.

A few years ago I was being interviewed/chased by an American journalist and her comment was, "You started off in life hiding and then plucked up the courage to come out. So why do you want to disappear back into hiding again? I don't understand."

And it's kind of getting close to that time where I disappear at the end of my journey. There's something quite profound and confusing amongst those words really. I'm embarassed of what I am. No one in my everyday life knows my secret. And I would be scared to tell anyone.

I understand why you keep it a secret but it really makes me sad and angry that you have to :( You're a beautiful person, inside and out and I don't see why anything else matters. People can really be sh1te at times

I hope you won't disappear from here tho *megahuggs*

I don't understand. Why would you put a photo up for all the world to see if you are too scared
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)

sorry but this is a BAD DIET to follow - it will make you feel ill and wobbly, you need to work on the basic, boring, unfashionable diet advised by nutritionists to lose weight.

I used to work in this field so this is my recomendation:
firstly - eat whatever you want for two days - no guilt at all.

    then;
Cut out caffiene and alchohol, junk food, fried food, mayonaisse, sugar, cakes, biscuits etc
don't calorie count but dont' eat anything 'unhealthy'

    Do that for 1 week

    then;
Pick a weekend or take 3 days off work to do a 3 day detox,

mix up 8oz dried fruit and 8oz nuts for each day, divide into 4 portions.
buy in as much fruit and veg as you like and enjoy eating

each day start with a glass of hot water with fresh squeezed lemon

eat the portions of fruit and nut at regular intervals and eat fruit/veg (teamed or raw) whenever you want. Drink only water or lemon and hot water.

You WILL Feel tired and headachy as the toxins exit your system. DO not do this at work or if you are run down, ill, or stressed. Buy yourself a non food treat for every day - a magazine or new lipbalm.

After the detox go back to eating other foods but start slow, day three add in some plain boiled rice or a rice cake or two in the evening.

Day four add in, rice, oats, steamed fish, olive oil (for brushing over veg to grill) go for a massage!

day five add in; wheat, poultry

    day six add in; dairy

day seven add in; meat, caffiene, alchohol

that takes you up to 2 1/2 weeks

Now for the rest of the time - however long you want you can eat up to 1200 calories a day if you are average height and have less than 2 stone to lose. 1500 if its more than 2 stone or you are very active.
drink 2 litres of water a day.

the easiest way to work it out is using the plate from the balanced diet on eatwell.gov.uk

take a plate and divide into 6, 2 sections are for carbohydrates (NOT COUNTING FATS), 2 sections are for fruit or vegetables (NOT COUNTING DRESSINGS ETC), 1 section is for protien, and 1 section is for the fats. (you dont actually need any sweet stuff but any sugar goes in this section as well)

    so here's some meal examples:

    sandwich at lunch:
    chunky crusty wholemeal roll
    portion of salad
    portion of fruit
chicken, cottage cheese etc as protien
butter - fat be very careful here, a 'pat' of butter like you get in a cafe is 60 calories, most sandwiches bought or homemade have the equivilant of 4 pats thats 240 calories EXTRA in your sarni. Go for 'wet' protien like cottage cheese and skip the butter - you can then treat yourself to a biscuit as you 'fats' portion of the plate and get more enjoyment out of it for 100 calories than the butter you didn't notice.

I can't understand because I'm not like you, although I was once mistaken for a drag queen :o

A long time ago I used to socialise a lot with TVs/TSs and some of them looked fantastic and some of them bloody dire, exactly the same with their personalities, but this is London and people tend not to take as much notice of people who are different, if you see what i mean? If you're feeling uncomfortable with where you are, might be worth considering a move to a big city and if you come to london, I'll drag you out for a voddie or 3 some night :D

Well said Ethel, There are a few people on here that think that they are so perfect but are infact some of the most phobic people I have ever come across and it`s normally jealousy or ignorance. Aly, you are lovely and it`s your time now, enjoy :T :T :T
