A little bit better today as in not running to the loo every 5-mins, except a few hours ago it was GREEN!!!!!!!!!!!

Thats because its not staying in your system long enough to digest fully.

Dog poo isn't white anymore because they don't add as much calcium to the food anymore.

Balance your meals better, the fruit and veg intake has been WAY too much... if you carry on like this you will blow big holes in your knicks from all the parping

Has the flatuent problem caused you any embarrassment at work or socially yet?

Doesnt look like much in the way of carbs in your diet (except sugar in the fruit)... but maybe thats deliberate.

Looks like it could be a severe food intolerance, but low GI carbohydrate like oats should slow down the digestive process a bit and keep you going for longer, and more good oils will help too.

Weird! I spend a lot of time down canal st in the summer, cause my mate lives up there! Oh I really wanna know now!
(on the pooing front however, a simular thing happened to me when i gave up carbs... not quite as bad mind you, but I did go a hell of a lot more than my usual 4 times a day. It does settle down after a while... Its just your body getting used to certain changes...) Maybe you should go and swap tips with the bloke who posted down in 'the arms'.. he only goes once a fortnight!
You lied to me Edward. There IS a Swansea. And other places.....

Things today haven't been good. I'm trying to eat food but it's not going too well. This morning I put on a pair of clean knickers (my red fav ones) and within 30-mins, well you guessed it!! Now that was annoying.

This evening my partner bought Chinese and I barely ate any of it. In the downstairs loo I passed nothing but liquid. :( And was then sick. 20-minutes later in the upstairs loo I did it all again.

If anything it's just really getting to the point where I'm getting really down over it. The only reason I started this was to get a glow for an event next month, as well as my OH's exhibition next week in Edinburgh.

All I'm eating at the moment is odd bits of cereal and the odd sandwich. I really can't stomach anything else. But I have lost weight :) Almost down to 140lbs which is good for 5'8". :D

The event is a bit embarassing really so unless you're in Manchester in Canal Street towards the middle of June then you won't know what I'm talking about. It'll be my last one if I indeed even go at all. It's almost on par with the George Galloway 'Cat demonstration, where someone else does something so cringe like that it embarasses you.

Nope, I haven't poo'd myself in public yet. I'm simply avoiding going anywhere as I feel so ill. Today I've maybe spent no more than an hour at the computer, the rest of the time has been spent either on the sofa or in bed, I've just felt so utterly ill.

I'm one of these people who is NEVER ill. :( ((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))) pongs ;)

Aly, you crack me up....:rotfl: ...excuse for the play on words. :D I want to go to this 'event'. :j

    Hope you're feeling ok. ;)
