    I think you should see GP tomorrow if not better. Long term runs are very serious (potentially life threatening). Have a look at the thread on embarassing illnesses if you don't believe me.

    I have a condition which causes this, and once after having runs for a week was so ill, they thought I wouldn't last the night. By that stage my electrolytes were so out of kilter (despite IV potassium and salts) that I was completely (temporarily thankfully) paralysed from waist down, which was very scary.

    Ive been 'ahem' going rather a lot this weekend, we have got a new blender thingy and Ive been having tons of pure fruit smoothies, but my last 'motion' was WHITE :eek: :eek: :eek:

    I think you need to add a bit more fibre to your diet, the fruit and nuts are obviously going straight through you!!
