I can't stop pooing

Now this is embarssing, well no, no it's not really. But I honestly can't stop pooing. I've gone to trump a few times and almost poo'd myself and it's just getting so annoying.

I'm on a health drive at the moment as in a month's time there's a big event in Manchester that I have to show my face at with lots of competition.

My food for the next month is; Strawberries, Raspberries, Plums, Kiwi Fruit, Pork Chops, Chicken, Turkey, Parsnips, Brocoli, Carrots, Mushrooms, Poached Eggs, Sunflower Seeds, Apple Juice, Carbonated Water. Well that's about all I can think of for the moment.

So obviously as you can see, things aren't going to be getting much better. And to think an entire month of this. Oh the price of beauty, farting your way through the day.

Is it like this for everyone who eats for body beautiful?

Wanna try being constipated for a few days! That's my problem.

It's not funny at all but the way you've worded it just made me laugh. Sorry :D

Sounds like the drastic diet change is upsetting your system combined with stress and anxiety its a recipe for disaster if you are not careful.

Been there got the t-shirt ended up with IBS no job or career is worth putting your future health at risk.

You could try taking Lepicol which is a bulking fibre available at healthfood shops I use it and it is very good if you want to continue with your diet but it might take a couple of weeks to work.

Also changed your carbonated water for still water and dont eat after 8pm.

If your problem is due to stress or anxiety nothing will work.

Lepicol is ok for constipation as well

Anybody who eats 2 punnets of strawberries and a punnet of raspberries is going to notice it in the bottom department. Is it really worth putting yourself through this?!

I don't eat for body beautiful but having just gone vegan and eating beans, broccoli and cauliflower - well you can imagine. I had to leave my desk and go stand in the street yesterday and hope the traffic noise covered it.

Thats quite a lot for one meal. I'm surprised it isn't just one continually long poo to be honest!

    Oh !!!!!!! :D

I'm regular as clockwork me. Have to crimp off least 4-a-day, or a couple of pan-fulls if I've had spicy food :D

Really annoys the missus, as she's one of those people who 'can' only poo at home!!

You know, when I started this thread I was being silly, but as of this morning I think I may be quite ill. Feeling empty, almost feeling sick at times, lacking energy. Oh, and up about ten times during the night.

    Not fun.

I've stopped my fruit as of this morning, and really I don't feel like eating anything. Almost the sheer thought is making me feel a bit giddy.

Hello to all here. :) (((((((((((hugs)))))))))))

I'm not surprised you feel ill on this regime. You are losing vital body salts and not replacing them quickly enough. Not to mention the lack of sleep with all the night time visits to the loo.
