Do you have an IPA/IPO?

Are you not happy with the way it was set up?

Do you think you were treated unfairly?

Do you think you were dissalowed items that others were allowed to include?

If yes then read on.

One on the IP's I consult with is meeting up with the R3 representative on Monday (R3 are one of the governng bodies for IPs). He will be talking to him about the OR's approach with calculating IPOs/IPAs, drawing his attention to inconsistencies, unfairness, etc, so that R3 can hold formal discussions with the OR's chiefs so that they can be brought back into line.

This may be the only opportunity we will get to put constructive critisism out to the OR, so please can everyone who has had problems with the OR over IPOs/IPAs send me a private message with details of the problems that they had or are having, before Sunday Night, so that he can give R3 the ammunition they need.

The information that is needed is:

Which OR's office you deatl with.

Why you think you were treated unfairly.

If you challenged any part of yrou IPA/IPO based on your I&E what the OR stated to you regarding disallowing items you believe should have been included.

All resposnse will have identities removed, and you will NOT be identified in anyway.

Please help with this one as this is a goldern opportunity to get YOUR views put accross, and YOUR chance to help change the system!!
