Rightmove Consumer Confidence survey prize draw terms and conditions:

1. All entries must be received no later than 9 a.m. Tuesday, 23rd April, 2013, however Rightmove reserves the right to change this should it be deemed necessary.

2. Only one entry per person will be counted. All other entries will be made void.

3.The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) aged 18 years or above, except the employees of Rightmove Plc and its subsidiary companies (“Rightmove”) and their close family members.

4. All winners will be drawn at random and contacted via email. The judge’s decision will be final.

5. Prizes must be taken as stated and no cash alternatives will be offered.

Rightmove assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the survey period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, computer hardware or software failure, failure of any email or entry to be received by Rightmove on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from any material in the survey.

10. Rightmove do not accept any responsibility for prizes lost in the mail.
