Addingmy wife's name to title deeds

I want to add my wife's name to the deeds of a piece of land.Can I do this directly with land registry or do I need a solicitor?How much would it cost ?

It's a straight forward procedure, go to a solicitor who will arrange for the transfer from your sole name into you and your wife's joint names. Will depend on whether or not the property is already registered at Land Registry whether or not you will have to go through them.Norn Iron Member 3830
