First thing to do is install the Fireform add-on from here . Restart your browser.
Now right click This.xml file NoNoNo (updated regularly ) and select "save link as" and download file, remembering where you put it!
You should now see the FireForm button in your toolbar, next to the menu bar, if you have the menu bar showing on your tool bar

Click the arrow next to the button, and in the drop down click Advanced setup, then in the window that opens, click the General Options tab.

Click import profiles, and find the NoNoNo.xml file you downloaded. Import it, and click ok.

When you enter your daily mag comps, Just select No No No in the drop down to fill those pesky tick boxes. Once selected, you only need click the FireForm button to fill the boxes. (there is no auto fill option)
To add to the profile, click learn this page while you have the competition page open. . make sure you un-tick anything that you don't want to add to the profile.
Keep the "learn for this site only" box, un-ticked, unless you are saving a drop down option box, (like the one from t-mobile) which has to be saved for each site.

You could try opening Add-ons in Tools and searching for fireform 0.7.4 after selecting the Get Add-ons tab. Then install it from there
