Terms and Conditions
1. This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK over the age of 18 except employees of Royal Mail Group Ltd, their families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw.
2. To enter the prize draw you must complete the mandatory fields on the entry form at.parcelforce.com
3. Incomplete, illegible, damaged, defaced or incorrectly completed entry forms will not be accepted.
4. The full prize draw will open at 12.00am on 2 April 2013 and will close at 11.59 pm on 31 March 2014. There will be 12 prize draws, 1 in each month.
The 12 prize draws' opening and closing dates are as follows:
Draw 1 - 12.00am on 2 April 2013 – 11.59pm on 30 April 2013
Draw 2 - 12.00am on 1 May 2013 – 11.59pm on 31 May 2013
Draw 3 - 12.00am on 1 June 2013 – 11.59pm on 30 June 2013
Draw 4 - 12.00am on 1 July 2013 – 11.59pm on 31 July 2013
Draw 5 - 12.00am on 1 August 2013 – 11.59pm on 31 August 2013
Draw 6 - 12.00am on 1 September 2013 – 11.59pm on 30 September 2013
Draw 7 - 12.00am on 1 October 2013 – 11.59pm on 31 October 2013
Draw 8 - 12.00am on 1 November 2013 – 11.59pm on 30 November 2013

5. Entries must be registered by 11.59pm on the relevant closing date shown above to be included in that month’s prize draw.
6. Only one entry per person per prize draw will be accepted.
7. The winner: There will be one winner each month, who will be chosen at random from all valid entries. The winner will win one prize.
8. The winner of each month’s prize draw will be chosen on the following dates:

Draw 2 – 7 June 2013
Draw 3 – 8 July 2013
Draw 4 – 7 August 2013
Draw 5 – 9 September 2013
Draw 6 – 7 October 2013
Draw 7 – 7 November 2013

Draw 9 – 7 January 2014
Draw 10 – 7 February 2014
Draw 11 – 7 March 2014
Draw 12 – 7 April 2014

9. Each draw will be carried out by an independent person.
10. The Prizes: There are twelve prizes to be won. Each prize consists of a £250 One4all gift card.
11. The winner of each prize draw will be notified within 14 days after the draw date by phone, letter or email.
12. The winner will have 5 days within which to confirm acceptance of the prize, otherwise a different winner will be chosen from the remaining valid entries.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of the same or higher value where it becomes necessary to do so.
14. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason.
16. The names and counties of the winners can be obtained after each draw by sending a self addressed, stamped envelope marked "Post Office Prize Draw – Request for winner's details" to Parcelforce Worldwide, Lytham House, Caldecotte Lake Drive, Caldecotte, Milton Keynes MK7 8LE. The dates after which this information will be available for each draw are as follows:

Draw 3 – 22 July 2013

Draw 7 – 21 November 2013

17. Entrance into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw, where it becomes necessary to do so.
20. Unless further consents are obtained, personal details obtained in the process of the prize draw will be used for the purposes of administering the prize draw only and destroyed thereafter.
21. The winners may be required to take part in publicity associated with this prize draw.

I emailed them to ask about the start date and they confirmed that any entries before 2 April will be counted for the April draw.

They also confirmed that we have to enter each month for that month's draw.
