The email is showing everyones email address, and there are hundreds, and I recognise an awful lot from MSE.

The FSA would come down on them like a ton of bricks, have they never heard of Data Protection? This happens way to often.

I've had that e-mail too and really not happy about it. Also had the apology e-mail not long afterwards, but still wondering whether to report them for it. Is that too extreme though? Someone might lose their job over it, after all.

That's not really the point IMO, Companies are required by law to look after your personal details, not send them out to all and sundry.
