Although they say that, I won an Asda milk competition with the same conditions but they never asked for proof and as I won a bike they didn't really do any checks to see if the person who signed it was me!

Yvette394 - I had the same problem. The submit button is there - under the text on the right. I found it by pressing tab until the box was highlighted.
