Hi there, I was provisionally accepted for an RBS loan, but the final check they want 3 payslips, 2 years audited accounts or SA302 IR forms.
I do sub contract work on 3 yearly contracts, my accounts are not audited, but I do have the legal & binding contracts stating my monthly earnings, & my monthly remittance sheets, Will these be accepted, or declined.
I have accounts but not audited accounts, Thanks
