No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition. There is no limit on the number of Entries which each entrant may submit during the Competition Period.
This promotion runs from 00.01:00 GMT on 4 March 2013 until 23.59:59 p.m. GMT on 27 May 2013 (inclusive) (the "Promotion Period").
PRIZE(S). There will be one (ONE) prize in total. The prize will be as follows:
i. A cleaner to clean your UK based home once a fortnight for a calendar year.
ii. The cleaner will be provided subject to availability and must be booked by the winner through the necessary agency.
iii. NDL, the prize fulfilment agency, will work with the winner to co-ordinate the house cleans per fortnight for a calendar year.
iv. A standard clean will happen a maximum of 26 times in the winner's home across a 12 month period
v. Cleaner will be booked once a fortnight to clean the winner's home
vi. A cleaner will use winners cleaning utensils and equipment. A standard clean is based on the national average house size however and NDL will work with the winner to arrange a suitable cleaning performance based on up to a maximum of 3 hours per clean.
vii. A reputable, insured and established Cleaning Agency in the winner's local area will be used. Microsoft nor NDL will be held liable for any breakages or stolen items that may occur as a result of the prize and does not warrant or indemnify the winner as to the quality of the cleaning services provided.
Prizes are as stated and are not transferable. No cash alternatives available. Microsoft reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise stated, all prizes are subject to their manufacturer's warranty and/or terms and conditions.
Prizes may be considered as a taxable benefit to the winners. Winners will be directly responsible for accounting for and paying to HMRC, or other relevant tax authority, any tax liability arising on their prize.
