it says to write a lovenote to someone, this person could be on your twitter or facebook as the app will want to send it to them via authorisation of an app, alternatvely you can select email and just enter their email address
i've not put effort in the title as its not too hard to quickly write something thats clean (as they say it will be moderated before being sent) and its a random draw anyway
