A few Q's

Options
I have just heard from the CSA that my ex is included in a benefit claim and that we are not due any money from that due to his 2 new kids.

An LO was issued nearly a year ago, he has never complied withe CSA and has worked cash in hand so an IMA has been in place for approx 10 years.

The CSA said yesterday that they were offering him an opportunity to correct the LO by providing his earning details, as he has not been paying NI or Tax i have pointed out that that he wont be able to do this but they are saying that they can use estimated earnings based on nationwide calculations, i have argued that as he has not paid tax/ni they cannot use this calculation. I have asked that the LO be returned to bailiffs for them to enforce as they now have a confident address but they are refusing?

My MP is pushing on my behalf as they say the csa have been slow in acting on info etc but i just feel that he is jumping through loop holes to avoid paying maintenance and is being allowed to:(

You didnt ask anything in your post.

It seems you are doing everything you can, just keep pushing the CSA and keep making sure that your MP is pushing the case.

If your ex is getting paid cash in hand and you have evidence of this you can always report him to the benefits folk and the inland revenue as he may be caliming benefits that he's not entitled to. In the same instance if he is being paid cash in hand then the CSA cannot take anything from him to pay any CS he is owed as on paper he isnt earning anything.
