The prize giveaway will run for 6 weeks, starting at 00:01 on 14th February 2013 and ending at 23:59 on 27th March 2013 (the "Closing Date").

Only one entry per email address. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs will cause disqualification.

5. Only one entry per person is permitted per week. Any additional entries may still be charged by the telephone network operator, but will not have a chance to win. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using multiple mobile phones or any other means to circumvent this condition, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

The winner of the prize draw will win a spa weekend for two adults worth £1,700 (excluding VAT). The prize is valid until 30 September 2013 and all dates specified for the spa weekend are subject to availability. The winner will be contacted directly by the prize provider to arrange suitable dates and location for the redemption of the prize.

9. The spa weekend includes: two nights' accommodation in a luxury double room at a country spa located within 100 miles of the winner's residence; a bottle of Champagne on arrival; breakfast daily; dinner on both nights; two spa treatments per person (to the maximum total value of £300, from a list of available treatments as communicated by the prize provider); and standard return train tickets. The prize does not include lunch, any additional spa treatments and any other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The prize is also subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider, their agents, and the terms of the venue.

10. It is the responsibility of the winner to liaise with the prize provider to redeem the prize. Prizes will not be available for collection (or returns) from the Promoter..

11. Costs and expenses not included in the prize may incur additional charges which are payable by the winner. Neither the Promoter nor the provider of the prize will be held liable where such charges are incurred, and no refund or reimbursement will be made. The Promoter and the prize provider will accept no responsibility where the winner is unable to pay in full, any such charges as incurred.
