The winner will win the following prize:
• MINI John Cooper Works Roadster in Metallic black. The car was registered 1st March 2012 (worth approximately £25,000)
• The car comes with the following:
- Exclusive red roof and mirrors only available on JCW models
- Black 17 inch cross spoke wheels
- Full black lounge leather sports seats
- Exclusive John Cooper Works interior trim including Alcantara sports steering wheel
- Electric wing mirrors and heated seats
- Media pack including:
o Satellite navigation
o Bluetooth phone connection
o MINI connected giving in car access to Google search and your Twitter, Facebook accounts
o 10 speaker Harmon Kardon hi-fi system including DAB radio
- Wind deflector.
9. The prize includes 1 year's road tax and 1 full tank of petrol.

The prize will be provided with a MINI TLC service package which grants 5 years/50,000 miles servicing at your local MINI dealer (5 Year TLC Warranty is subject to full terms and conditions of such warranty, which can be viewed at this link: http://www.mini.co.uk/services/aftersales/mini-tlc-tlcxl/). For the avoidance of doubt, the winner's warranty is with the MINI dealer and the Promoter disclaims all liability in relation to such warranty.
11. Car Insurance is not provided. The winner is solely responsible for obtaining car insurance at their own expense. For the avoidance of any doubt, the winner is responsible for all other costs and expenses relating to the prize, including but not limited to road tax renewals, any further petrol, and any other costs.
12. Exact model and specification of the prize is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to provide a different model of equal value should the stated prize model be unavailable.
13. The prize will be delivered to the winner's home address (UK only) at a time and date agreed between the winner and the prize provider. In the event that the time and date cannot be agreed (after three attempts), the Promoter reserves the right to re-select another winner. Upon delivery, winner will also be required to provide written proof of ID, valid UK driving licence, and a valid insurance policy for the prize in their name in order to obtain the prize. The exact registration details of the prize will be released to the winner before collection to allow them to procure the required insurance policy (at the winner's own expense).
