Help with tonight's meal?

I need some help please with tonights meal.
I have cod fillets, bag of parsley, 1/2 pack mushrooms, 1/2 tub creme fresh, 1/2 can campbells mushroom soup and loads of store cupboard things.
I'd like to use up what is already opened if possible.
Any ideas and possibly recipes would be most welcomed :)

    Fish Pie.

Flake poached fish into an oven proof dish, make parsley sauce and pour over. Cover with mash potato and bake in the oven.

Id do fish in a mushrom sauce Lillie :)

Id fry off the mushrooms in a tiny bit of oil or butter, and wait for them to shrink down, dont pour away thge liquor, it makes the sauce tasty. Id then when theyvew shrunk just wack the creme fraiche in and stir.

Id poach the fish in a bit of milk and serve with scalloped potatoes
