I think it's a Once Only - enter early. The way I read it is that once you've entered you'll be entered into every draw thereafter

I think there needs to be commas in this sentence, hopefully when put it it will make more sense:

The draw will take place every Friday and all entries received before Thursday 11.59, including previous weeks entries, will be eligible to win.

hmm so it does, but then it also says

10. Maximum of one entry per person per prize draw.

so that would indicate you can enter weekly

Hiya, I've just received a response from Beko - there'll be one draw made on Tuesday 12th February and we can only enter once.

Once Jo, unfortunately as there will only be one winner announced on the 12th of February! Sorry for the confusion and Good Luck!
