Is This A Scam Email ?

Received an e-mail today from Get Me A Ticket- Promotions.

Hovering my mouse over the links it does show getmeaticket.co.uk , but not sure if this is just a data gathering site or genuine.

Anyone had anything like this, or can confirm if it's a scam?

I got that this morning too.
Stupidly I followed the link and put my details in....it then tries to get you to sign up to all sorts of things so I went to close the page and got a pop-up that wouldn't go away.

If you have received this e-mail PLEASE go and look at the thread started by mookie titled 'get me a ticket'

They have set up accounts in each of our names on their site without the knowledge or permission of either of us.

They have used personal details- name, e-mail and birthdate.

I would assume anyone else who has received this e-mail, or like Mookie, a phone call will have had this happen too.
