Does anyone else plan how they'd spend winnings? :)

Even though the likelihood of winning is extremely low when I see a cash comp I already have a mental plan of how I'd spend it.

For example if I won £3k half would go to my comping mate and my £1.5 would be for a Macbook Pro
Big thanks you to everyone who posts comps...
Really wanna win an ITV comp... Maybe this will be the year!

    I do all the time!
Whenever I see the ITV comps the little dream bubble pops up beside my head with what i'd spend it on :rotfl::rotfl:......trip to visit my mum in the States, laser eye surgery, new TV, driving lessons...the list goes on.
By the size of my 'dream list' im gonna need a big 100K win :rotfl::rotfl:

no as anything under a few grand would just get swallowed up by our normal expenses & I can't imagine winning anything over a hundred

Ha ha yeah I do this every time I enter an ITV comp!!:rotfl: for example if it's a Real Deal one for say £2k I think "well that would pay off my son's school trip and clear our overdraft" if it's for something like £10k I think well that would pay off most debts, and well when I see the This Morning / Daybreak ones for £50k or £100k I imagine paying off every debt, mortgage etc and having cash to spare every month!!!

Well we can dream can't we! It's what keeps me going!

That's what I like about entering comps, I don't bank on winning but enjoy daydreaming. I'd pay off my debts and put any extra towards a holiday and saving for a deposit on a house.

For me everything is bills and small holiday... but the minute I hit that 10k mark, it's luxury safari holiday!:j:j

Every time I enter a competition, I imagine what I would do with the prize, even for stuff like TVs, hampers etc...

That's the best bit about comping!
You'll have to speak up; I'm wearing a towel

Yes, all the time, especially with large money prizes I daydream about having my own home and spend my time on rightmove working out what I'd do with x amount of money. :o
    Debt Free: 24/05/2013!!!!
2014: A years supply of Ecover washing up liquid, Phantom of the Paradise steelbook, A selection of Ojon goodies, £500 ASOS vouchers.
  • Ooh yes, my 120k win from ITV would mean I'd give half to my ex to buy him out the house, pay my mortgage off and still have enough left over to make my kitchen/ dining room into a kitchen diner. A £500 win would get me a new front door and a new shed, or the sideboard to match the tv unit I bought with my last cash win...

    I love daydreaming!:rotfl:
