7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following prize: 1 x break for 2 people staying for 2 nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast at the 4-star Atholl Palace hotel. Prize also includes 1 x falconry experience for 2 adults with Raptor World; 1 x Walking Safari for 2 adults with Highland Safaris and 1 x pair of Anatom Q2 walking boots (men's or women's) courtesy of Oswald Bailey.
8. The prize also includes £150 spending money and £150 maximum travel allowance in total. Travel allowance will be paid once the prize-winner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion and will be to a maximum of £150 in total.
9. The falconry experience with Raptor World will include an afternoon of flying 2 hawks for 2 people. Winners will meet the falconers at the Bridge of Cally and will be transported to the glen to fly the birds and will then be dropped back at the hotel at the end of the day. This experience is subject to availability and is weather dependant.
10. Prize break must be taken in full before 26.02.14.
11. The prize does not include any travel insurance, any other meals or related living expenses. All travel and accommodation are at winner’s and travel companion’s risk. Taxes, fuel surcharges, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of the winner.
12. Winner and travel companion(s) must travel on the same itinerary. Travel companions must be of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence unless winner is travel companion’s parent or legal guardian. Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to travel. Winner and travel companions will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification and compliance with all travel and health requirements relating to acceptance and use of the prize package and must have no impediment to entering Scotland. Promoter will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
13. All elements of prize package are non-transferrable, are subject to date availability, subject to change and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions, which can be found by contacting each prize provider as detailed above in point 7.
14. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
