Danepak Mornings Made Better Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Danepak 'Mornings Made Better' draw is open to residents of the UK, CI, IOM & ROI, aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families, of Tulip Ltd (the Promoter), its agents or anyone professionally connected to this promotion. Bulk entries, or entries sent through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted.
2. In order to enter the prize draw, Internet access and a valid correct email address are required.
3. 3a) Entry is limited to one unique entry per prize, per person per day, and a maximum of four entries per day, per person during the promotional period (16th January 2013 to 26th February 2013 inclusive).
   3b) Winners will be drawn on a fortnightly basis. Prizes are limited to one unique prize per person per fortnightly draw. Any person can win up to 3 unique prizes in a fortnightly draw.
   3c) No entrant can use their computer to enable multiple entries and set up multiple identities (e.g. by the use of 'script' or 'brute force'). In this event, that person's entry and all associated entries will be disqualified and any award will be voided.
4. All entries must be registered on the Website between the 16th January 2013 and the 26th February 2013 inclusive. All entries outside of this promotional period will not be accepted as valid entries.
5. Participants will enter the promotion by:
   – Searching the image on the homepage for a 'hot spot' correct image.
   – Clicking on the correct image and entering full details including name, address, email address.
6. The winners will be sent their prize via post within 28 days of the closing date to the name and address as specified on their entry form. All prizes will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Any prize returned to sender or not accepted will be deemed unwanted and the prize will be forfeited.
7. The actual final number of prizes awarded is (24) x Teapots, (300) x Oven Gloves, (300) x Tongs, (6,000) x Fridge magnets. The prizes awarded are subject to availability. This is a no purchase necessary competition.
8. The Promoter will not be responsible under any circumstances, for any entries lost, delayed, damaged (either as a result of the way the packaging was opened and/or any damage that occurred during transit) or undelivered for any reason out of the Promoter’s control. Nor will the promoter be liable for any person not being able to enter the promotion for any reason, including system failures, network error, or personal computer issues.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant reasonably suspected by the Promoter of cheating, behaving fraudulently or acting dishonestly or otherwise acting contrary to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
10. All addresses will be verified using the Royal Mail API and/or independently checked. Any invalid addresses supplied could result in the prize being forfeited.
11. Entry is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions and the Promoter's decision in all matters will be final.
12. Prize draw winners will be selected at random by an independent person.
13. Personal information will be shared with the Promoter's external partners and agencies for the purposes of administrating this promotion. By opting in and thereby allowing the Promoter to use their details for future marketing purposes, entrants accept that the Promoter will share their personal data with external partners and agencies in order to facilitate future marketing communications from the Promoter including via email.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, cancel, modify or withdraw the promotion or any part of it without prior notice or compensation to the extent that the Promoter is unable to satisfy some or all of the promotion due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
15. All of Tulip (Danepak's) names, logos, and marks appearing in this site or as part of this promotion are trademarks owned by Tulip Ltd. The use or misuse of these trademarks or any other content of this site is strictly prohibited, except as otherwise permitted herein.
16. The winners list (name and county) will be made available by sending an SAE to the promoter within 3 months of the closing date.
17. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or part except in the event of circumstances outside its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners
18. The Promoter's decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Don't know if they're in the same place for everyone, but I found Chuck (for the tongs) towards the bottom left, near the church.

Jim for the fridge magnets is in the middle road, in front of the houses that are on the furthest right. I don't think that sentence made sense though.

The wheel doesn't seem to give clues on who to look for for the other prizes? The cafe and butchers just leads to recipes.

If i am right i think they change who you look for in the village each day but i am not 100 percent sure

The other two are a teapot and oven glove but no one has found them yet as there are no clues.
